Hi, I’m Richmond Aghia—a digital marketer, content creator, and freelancer who helps brands turn ideas into results.
I started freelancing in 2020 after spending five years in more traditional roles. I wanted more control over my income, my time, and the kind of work I did, so I decided to build skills that could create real value for businesses online.
That journey led to the creation of Ric Designs Ltd, where I offer digital marketing, content, and creative services to clients around the world. As demand grew, I built a small, reliable team to help deliver high-quality work consistently.
One of my biggest learning experiences was working full-time for a US-based digital marketing agency, Hatchery, for almost a year. There, I gained hands-on experience with agency workflows, client campaigns, and growth-focused digital marketing—experience I now apply directly to my client projects.
Outside client work, I run a YouTube channel where I share practical freelancing insights, manage four print-on-demand stores, and operate two blogs focused on content and online business. These projects keep me hands-on, constantly testing what actually works in the real world.
Today, my focus is simple: helping clients who trust me with their projects get a clear strategy, clean execution, and measurable results.
When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me playing video games, watching or playing football, or exploring new places and experiences.
